Services

AdsWithNikhil provides freelance performance marketing consulting, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, conversion tracking and SEO services. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are agreed individually in writing before work begins.

No guaranteed results

Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside any consultant's control — budget, market conditions, competition, your offer, pricing, sales process and website. I do not promise or guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, revenue figures or advertising returns. Any examples on this website are illustrative, not promises of results.

Quotes, scope and payment

• Work begins only after the scope and fees are agreed in writing.
• Payment terms, invoicing schedule and any minimum engagement period are set out in the individual agreement or invoice for each engagement.
• Advertising spend on platforms such as Google and Meta is paid by you directly to those platforms and is separate from my consulting fees.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, product and pricing information.
• Grant timely access to ad accounts, analytics and website tools as needed.
• Ensure your ads, landing pages and business practices comply with the advertising policies of the platforms used and with applicable law.
• Review and approve campaigns, creatives and changes in a timely manner.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to AdsWithNikhil and may not be copied or republished without permission. Your ad accounts, business data and customer information remain yours at all times.

Third-party platforms

Services involve third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp and analytics tools. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies, and their decisions — including ad disapprovals or account suspensions — are outside my control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsWithNikhil is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, platform decisions, ad account suspensions, or changes to third-party platform features, pricing or policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
